Make very simple “Minnie Mouse” hair rim

Very simple master class on making the rim “Minnie Mouse”. It can be used on the Thematic Day of birth or as a supplement to the carnival costume.

You need the following materials:

• Black or red rim (can be any rim obtyanut satin ribbon the color you want)

• Black felt 3mm thick (roughly 10h20sm)

• Red white peas satin ribbon (width 5 cm, length 30 cm)

• Red and black thread

• Scissors
